Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available only for eligible locations and orders approved by our team.
- The full order amount must be paid in cash at the time of delivery.
- We reserve the right to contact the customer to confirm the order before dispatch.
- In case of unjustified refusal of the order at delivery, we reserve the right to restrict or disable COD for future orders.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information to avoid delays or failed deliveries.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges under certain conditions to ensure fairness for everyone.
Exchange is possible in case of a delivery error.
No refunds are offered. Exchange only.
Exchange Conditions
Error from our side : If the exchange is due to an error on our part (wrong item or delivery mistake), we will cover all charges.
Client error : If the exchange is due to a client error (wrong choice, change of mind, etc.), the client is responsible for all exchange charges.
Exchange Charges : Exchange charges depend on responsibility: covered by us if the error is on our side, or by the client if the error is the client’s responsibility.
